The White Castle, Australia’s most iconic and iconic bar, has just been revealed.
The restaurant and bar, which opened in 1974, is set to be named the nation’s first “world’s best” bar.
The news was confirmed by owner Andrew Broughton, who also owns the former home of the Adelaide Oval cricket ground and the former South Melbourne Cricket Ground.
Broughtons son Peter has already started work on a new restaurant in Perth, and is due to open in October.
He said he had been looking forward to opening the new bar in Perth since its opening, but he was nervous about opening the bar in Sydney because the city has not been as welcoming to craft beer as it was for Australian craft beer.
“It’s also a place where we can really test our brand and see what we can do with it.” “
I think it’s a great opportunity, because we have a very small bar and it’s so easy to get to,” Mr Broughson said.
“It’s also a place where we can really test our brand and see what we can do with it.”
The bar is expected to become one of Australia’s biggest, with a bar-style menu and tapas available.
In Perth, it will feature a menu of traditional Chinese, Indian and American fare, including a burger and a curry and a plate of lamb with broccoli.
Mr Brousson said he was “blown away” by the response to the bar’s launch.
The bar is such a hit in both places, people are coming from all over Australia and there’s so many people coming in,” he said.
