Breitbart News is excited to report that the US Federal Housing Finance Agency has awarded a $200 million loan for more than 1.2 million new homes and 300 new businesses in the US.
This is the largest single-family home and multifamily construction loan program to be awarded in history.
The $200m home construction program is part of the National Housing Act, which was signed into law by the President in 2009.
It is the first major federal housing program that the Trump Administration has made available to the public.
In 2016, the President awarded $200bn in loans to help homeowners buy their homes, and $200mn for small businesses.

This program is expected to produce at least 1.7 million new residential homes and more than 500,000 new multifamily units.
Homes will be built on vacant land or at the former site of an existing housing development and constructed at or near the new home’s existing site.
It will create 1.1 million new jobs and bring up to 100,000 permanent jobs to the United States, according to HUD.
As a part of this program, the Secretary will work with states and localities to ensure that new home construction is focused on making housing affordable for low-income families and people of color.
For the first time, a federal government agency is being awarded a federal housing loan for the construction of more than one million new units of housing.
The new $200M home construction loan will help provide affordable, quality, and reliable housing to Americans.
Trump and Carson’s ‘transport hubs’ plan will create thousands of jobs, boost the economy, and boost the quality of life in the country.
The ‘transmission hubs’ initiative is designed to create a nationwide network of transit hubs that will connect communities in the U.S. with the rest of the country, such as Washington D.C., Boston, New York City, Chicago, Los Angeles, and more.
The hubs will serve as the backbone of a national network of inter-city transit that will reduce congestion and air pollution.
‘Transportation hubs,’ or ‘transmex’, are designed to connect areas that have a high concentration of high-demand transit routes with areas that lack access to transit, especially in cities with high populations of people of diverse races and ethnicities.
Transportation Hubs will provide reliable and cost-effective transportation services for low income residents in areas with a high proportion of minority residents.
With the Federal Housing Administration (FHFA) Office of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) granting this $200mil loan, this is a significant step in ensuring that Americans will have access to quality, affordable, and safe housing and services in the coming years.
Transportation hub development is being conducted by the Office of Community Reinvestment Development (OCRID) at HUD’s Office of Economic Opportunity (OEO), and the Federal Transit Administration (FTA).
Housing and Urban Developments (HUD), the Department of Housing & Urban Development, and the FTA are leading the effort to build the transportation hubs.
