Bhaktapur, Aug 7 . Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Health and Population Upendra Yadav has stressed on making the State mechanism inclusive.
He said some groups were only enjoying the State benefit since long while the marginalized communities are still deprived of it. Therefore, the constitution amendment is utmost to address these issues, Yadav said.
He reiterated for amending the Constitution to institutionalize the federalism and Republic system to reach the rights to such community.
DPM Yadav further defended that his party joined the government to finalize the disputed national agendas and amend the Constitution.
He justified his logics stating that the rights of marginalized and minority communities could be addressed only through amending the constitution.
DPM Yadav, also chair of Sanghiya Samajbadi Forum, came with these views while addressing Bhaktapur town committee gathering of the party today.
He further shared that the government was working to establish local health centres in each village. About 1,200 such health centres would be established across the country to reach the health services to local levels, he said.
The town assembly concluded forming a new committee under the chair of Shyam Shilakar.
