Will Shah Rukh Khan launch his daughter Suhana in Bollywood? We finally have an answer to that…

Suhana Khan debuted on a magazine cover looking all things RAD. It’s difficult to take our eyes off her. If you think the cover shot is all there is to get you excited about Suhana’s debut in Bollywood in the future, wait, there’s more. While getting interviewed for this cover, Suhana was accompanied by Shah Rukh Khan. No, he didn’t tag along. The interview happened at Mannat and he obviously, barged in because he forced Suhana to make him her best friend. While she answered questions, he was happy ‘hanging out’ with his darling. But when it came to the subject of launching her in Bollywood, the answer SRK gave could mean he would rather have his ‘well-meaning’ friends do the honours. However, he won’t let that happen until they become actors rather than stars. In his chat with Vogue, he said, “Suhana’s not working towards a promise of being cast, she’s working towards being an actor, and she knows that. We have friends who are very well-meaning and think of my kids as their own, and they’re all happy and keen to launch her. Like Karan Johar. But I keep insisting that I don’t want them designed as stars, I want them to be launched when they are good-enough actors.”

Shah Rukh also adds, “It is difficult to become what I’ve become, but there are billions of factors responsible for my success. Will it happen to everyone? There is no cynicism in this, but they have to get out of my shadow and do their stuff.”
